This document outlines the Terms of Use for Splitscreen from Nonstrict B.V. & Good Snooze for the use of the Splitscreen app for Mac and Apple Vision Pro.
These Terms apply when you download, use and/or purchase our app Splitscreen, or any other app of ours that links to these Terms of Use.
Splitscreen is designed to help users share (virtual) Mac displays to their Apple Vision Pro. The app's performance is dependent on the user's device's hardware and software. Nonstrict & Good Snooze make no guarantees about its functionality.
Nonstrict and Good Snooze holds the Intellectual Property and copyright of the software. It is prohibited for the user to infringe upon our Intellectual Property rights.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the usage of, or inability to use, the software. Nonstrict and Good Snooze do not assume responsibility for the loss of user data.
By installing Splitscreen, the user agrees to the following:
Transactions in the Apple App Store are final and eligibility for a refund is at the sole discretion of Apple. Instructions on how to request a refund with Apple can be found on their support pages.
These terms are subject to change by Nonstrict and Good Snooze at any time in its sole discretion.
